A: Harley-Davidson Motor Co. does not usually announce what changes will be implemented until one or two months prior to the start of the model year. Harley-Davidson announces their changes at the end of July.

Q: Does my new Harley-Davidson come with a warranty?
A: Yes, it comes with a two- year, bumper-to-bumper, unlimited mileage warranty.

Q: How can I purchase an extended warranty?
A: You can purchase up to five additional years of full coverage, unlimited miles, directly from us. Extended warranties can also be purchased on used motorcycles with less than 50,000 miles or less than 10 years old. Q: Is insurance cheaper on certain models?

Q: Do rider safety courses help with obtaining my motorcycle license and insurance?

Q: When is my first service?
A: The first scheduled service is at 1000 miles. The second service is recommended at 2500 miles, a third at 5000 miles, and every 2500 miles thereafter.

Q: Can I use other brands of oil in my Harley® bike?
A: Harley-Davidson strongly recommends that customers use only HARLEY-DAVIDSON® OIL, which is specially formulated to run at the temperature of your Harley bike. Other oils may breakdown too fast or cause excess wear to motor parts.

Q: What is the easiest way to keep my Harley bike in top running condition.
A: Check your oil and tire pressure regularly. When checking the oil refer to your owners manual for to make sure you use the proper steps to insure the job is done correctly. The oil should always be hot when checked. Also, incorrect tire pressure can cause problems with handling. Due to Arizona’s heat, tire pressure may vary from week to week.
